Learning from mistakes but haven't applied recently. Keep on doing same mistakes over and over again.

People are just hard-headed, they always say "LESSON LEARNED" or "LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES" but those are just words, right? You still can't tell what will happen.
I agree with that. I used to say same things too whenever I did something wrong. But it keeps me from creating something new for myself. It's like I'm still wrapped up and couldn't go beyond on what I am now.
